"Curves" (2024)

A series of three carefully carved foam studies exploring fine surface manipulation and line work. Each piece features intricate, twisted linear patterns carved into rigid foam, focusing on control, precision, and tool response across a difficult material. Created as practice exercises, the works develop techniques for translating complex designs into hard foam surfaces while refining consistency, depth, and detail across repeated forms.
