“Hideout” (Book Box 2) 2025

Hideout is a multimedia sculpture contained within a 10" × 11.5" × 5" box, combining organic and industrial materials to create a small forest vignette. A narrow path winds down a steep wooded slope toward a stump wrapped with rope, while a shallow cave at the base of the trail contains a tiny flashlight left at its entrance. The piece shows a secluded place shaped by repeated visits, exploration, and curious human presence.
