"Mindlessness" 2018

A mixed media sculpture depicting a ceramic skull being pulled and stretched until it dissolves into smoke-like form. Finished in a deep velvet black, the piece emphasizes transformation and erosion through distortion of a rigid structure into something increasingly intangible. The work reflects on the effects of overextension, how pushing oneself too far can lead to fragmentation, burnout, and eventual self-destruction.
